Hudson Horizons, graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business, a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. He subsequently enrolled in the University of Phoenix, where he received an MBA in e-Business in 2004.

In his professional affairs, Mr. Mayernik came to view preexisting non-web-based applications as incapable of providing sufficient management and user interface. Though his plentiful experience as a self-employed programmer was invaluable, his ultimate ambition evolved into a desire to create an innovative, full-service consulting company.

Upon joining Hudson Horizons in 2003, Mr. Mayernik and Mr. Daryl H. Bryant embraced their business objectives and goals as remarkably parallel. They shared a bright vision and comprehensive understanding of the Internet, and sympathized with the frequent frustrations and concerns businesses encounter online.

At Hudson Horizons, Mr. Mayernik supervises all technological aspects of the business as lead programmer and project manager. Additionally, he works closely with clients to ensure the website he creates not only satisfies, but exceeds their expectations. His professional drive and desire has lead to the development of Hudson Horizons' proprietary (DMS - Dynamic Management System) technology as well as other company-branded products.

Mr. Mayernik proudly views himself as a progressive online inventor. His goal is to provide Hudson Horizons and all related business projects with the products and services they need to excel in the highly-competitive e-Business world.
